





RTW VENDOR OPPORTUNITY
We’re excited to welcome vendors to be part of the Rock the Walk 5K on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Palmer Park in Detroit, MI! Vendors will have the opportunity to engage with participants, showcase products, and promote services while supporting a meaningful cause. If you are a registering as a vendor, you must be registered under Detroit city as a vendor in their distribution.
Vendor Requirements:
Registration Fee:
$100 per vendor booth (includes a designated 10x10 space).
Setup Time:
Vendors must arrive and set up between 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM. All booths should be ready by 8:45 AM.
Tear-Down:
Booths must remain open until the event concludes at 12:00 PM and be fully cleared by 1:00 PM.
Supplies & Equipment:
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, or other display materials.
Permits & Licensing:
Vendors selling goods or food must have the necessary permits and comply with all state and local regulations.
Insurance:
Vendors are encouraged to carry liability insurance for their business and products.
Product Guidelines:
Items must be family-friendly and align with the mission of the event. No alcohol, tobacco, or explicit material is permitted.
Promotion:
Vendors are encouraged to bring marketing materials, giveaways, or samples to engage with participants.
Space Assignment:
Booth locations will be assigned by event organizers to ensure a smooth flow for participants.
Commitment to Cause:
Vendors are encouraged to help promote the walk by sharing event details on social media or through their networks.
