Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2nd Annual Rock the Walk 5K! We are excited to partner with businesses, organizations, and community leaders who share our passion for health, wellness, and serving the community.
$100 per vendor
One (1) vendor space
One (1) 6-foot table
Two (2) chairs
Vendors are responsible for bringing any additional supplies needed for their booth, including table coverings, displays, signage, extension cords (if needed), and promotional materials.
Vendors must arrive during the designated setup time and be fully set up before the event begins.
Vendors are expected to remain open and staffed for the duration of the event.
Food vendors must obtain any permits or licenses required by the City of Detroit and comply with all local health regulations.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all trash and belongings at the conclusion of the event.
Rock the Walk reserves the right to decline vendors whose products or services do not align with the mission and values of the event.
NOTE: Once payment is made you will receive an email with a list of details for onboarding you as a vendor.
The deadline to register as a vendor is Saturday, September 19, 2026. Vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
